Terms and conditions

All costs are exclusive of the following (where applicable): fares, transport and fuel, venue hire, additional loading crew, accommodation, per diems, carnet, specified ancillary equipment, recording media, materials and UK VAT (currently at 17·5%).

Payment is due within 30 days.

All media and intellectual property remains the property of Abbas Records until paid for in full.

Clients hiring equipment are responsible for its security and insurance.
